We utilize all of the square footage at our Allen facility, as we have 125 different pieces of cardio equipment. This means that you will never have to wait in line to use a cardio machine!

Not bad, but not good even more. The main issue, remember that whatever deal you sign on paper is the one you get no matter what the sales person told you.

Totally non-intimidating atmosphere! Express has tons of cardio so there is never a fight for a machine. Most of the people who work there are pretty friendly as well. The only thing that needs work is the classes! It would be nice if they…
