Hopeful Movement Therapy offers inclusive, trauma-informed virtual therapy for teens and adults across Texas. Led by a board-certified dance/movement therapist, sessions blend talk therapy with body-based practices to support healing from trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. We use somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and movement to help clients regulate emotions, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strength.
