I took my car to B & M, the transmission needed to be replaced. Tim worked with me on the price and even bumped my car to be done earlier than expected because I needed it for school. Great customer service.

The best part is that they were very pleasant to deal with. They communicated clearly and promptly, treated me with respect, and were cheerful and friendly. I know where my car is going the next time it needs service.
