Had yet another wonderful experience with McCullough in the form of a follow up inspection conducted by Henry Harris. He was extremely professional, clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and incredibly thorough with his examination and some subsequent improvements. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience!

The technician Desmond Lopez was courteous and professional. I called McCullough regarding the heater making loud noises during the cold days in January. Desmond did the initial diagnosis and with his manager agreed that the motor needed to be replaced in the air handler. He returned at a later date to replace the motor and completed the work efficiently. Desmond is very knowledgeable with heat pumps and answered all my questions.

I had McCullough out for the annual maintenance on my HVAC units this January. The technician, Henry Harris, was timely, cleaned up after the work was complete, did a prompt and thorough job, and explained all his findings and adjustments. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly commend him for a job well done.

Dillon Revells it's an outstanding technician specialist, problem solver! He is extremely knowledgeable and finds the solution right away. He's performance is impecable in every sense of the word.
He fixed an ongoing problem that I've been having for years and was able to assess the situation right away on his first visit in 10 minutes, following up with a prompt appointment to fix the issue since he needed to order the new equipment needed to fix it.
He's not only very courteous, he's polite, caring and kind. He is truly an Angel!
This company has been very proactive and efficient.

My old AC of 13 years broke and I had to replace the whole system. McCullough was very efficient from diagnosing the issue to sending a proposal and installing the new AC in a timely manner. Every crew member was diligent, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend McCullough for you AC system!
EJ Pittaway was especially helpful after finding out that the digital temperature display did not work with my wifi network. He ordered a new router to troubleshoot the issue and made sure that I was not experiencing the issue after the QC walkthrough. He was professional, on time and thoughtful about the customer even beyond the service that was expected.

Technicians arrived in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable and polite. The problem was a conduit that had come loose, and the attic was being heated. Conduit was retaped and sealed. The 4” whole-unit filter was also replaced.

Our heat was not working properly and even on emergency heat the system wasn’t heating past 67 degrees. Alonzo came a checked out our system thoroughly and informed us of a setting adjustment he was able to make to improve the heat as well as a part that needed replacement. Even though we haven’t scheduled the part replacement yet, our home is a lot warmer and holding a better temperature thanks to Alonzo.

Junior De Jesus did my twice-annual HVAC inspection. That went fine. But what I really appreciated was his advice about my gas fireplace, which I have been afraid to use for the 21 years I have been in my house. He helped me realize that I just need a quick chimney and gas leak inspection. And then I will not need to stress about the power grid going down. Am going to do that this week. Thank you, Junior!

I had a handyman install a new bathroom heater & exhaust fan almost a year ago. He left the bathroom open to the attic and insulation fell into the bathroom regularly. I was afraid to run the heater since it might suck insulation into the fan and start a fire or burn out the motor.
Finally, since McCullough had done an excellent job installing my new HVAC system and insulation prior to Snowmageddon, I thought - call them. James Sanchez came and checked out the situation, climbed in the attic, took lots of pictures and derived a solution. The device had not been properly vented when initially installed, so James remedied that, enclosed the unit so insulation would not be sucked in every time I tried to use the heater or fan and most importantly, sealed off the unit from the open attic. When I look up into the fan, I can no longer see into the attic. This was all achieved two days prior to the January 14-16, 2024 winter storm. I can warm up my bathroom prior to taking a shower! Totally blissed out by a warm bathroom in winter - it's the little things.
As for James Sanchez himself, you will look high and low before you find a more thoughtful, considerate and competent HVAC technician. I am willing to bet that man could walk across Town Lake and not get the soles of his feet wet. Thank you, James!

Great experience all around! The service specialist, Dereck, very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assess the situation and help get things back on track. Quick to respond and come out which was super helpful with the impending freeze.

I called McCullough because they work on Carrier systems. A year earlier they replaced the fan in the main unit which was still under warranty. AC installer changed their name and stopped taking calls which told me a lot. McCullough replaced the grinding fan and I signed up for the semi annual service. Much later the fan started to grind again and was off balance. I called them out and the same day they replaced the fan again. It was so close to being out of service warranty but they helped me out. Now with yet another freeze the heater is working great and quietly. They run a good operations with great technicians.

Ever since McCullough installed our new HVACs, their warranty service and troubleshooting for minor adjustments have been excellent. Our latest service, by Junior dJ, was wonderful. Not only did he make some air current adjustments, he explained everything clearly to help us understand our thermostat settings better. Not only that, but their techs always respond to our requests promptly. All companies could learn from McCullough’s model about treating customers as a priority.

Matt is a pro! From diagnosis to complete fixing of an issue, McCulloch and its professional team are the company to trust with HAC issues. The back office and CS support are excellent. Their annual preventive service contract proves to be a good thing to have.

Derek came for out to perform the winter inspection on our system. Part of the service includes replacing the air filter which I usually have on hand. This time, however, I did not but Derek took care of it by getting the correct size from McCullough and replacing it for me. That’s above and beyond service! He also inspected the duct work to make sure all was intact after a new roof installation. I could not be more pleased with Derek or McCullough. Thank you Derek!

DeAndre Rodriguez diagnosed our busted blower motor instantly and was out the following day with the part. He had a very honest and chill vibe I could instantly trust. We had our system installed in late 2019 by McCullough and had bought the coolcare 10 year labor protection plan with the installation. Between that labor plan, the remaining manufacturer warranty, and the comfort club membership for regular maintenance, the blower was fixed free of any additional charge in less than 24 hours. I don’t think it gets better than that!

Our first tech taught us how to maintain our central system (we had no idea), second did a quick update when our system went out and most recently Matt made sure we were all set to go for winter. Our system was throwing out some errors and McCullough sent out our favorite rep James Sanchez to troubleshoot it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the needed parts. AC went out at 6pm on Saturday. I called and Matt was at my house within the hour. Luckily, it was not a major issue. Matt made the repair quickly and also fixed up some loose seals. He was done in less than an hour. He even advised me of tepairs that would need to be made down the road, though not urgent at this time. Very professional, very courteous and smiling even though it was Saturday night and he's working late. Price for repair was extremely reasonable. I will be using him for all my HVAC needs!
