Born in Austin in 2014, Kesos Tacos started with a simple idea: tacos should be bold, comforting, and never disappoint.

Inspired by our founder Jhonatan’s roots and love for great tacos, we blend the vibrant flavors of Mexico with the fresh ingredients and creative spirit of Austin.

Then came the ingredient that changed everything — queso.

What started as a finishing touch quickly became our signature. That creamy, craveable queso turned ordinary tacos into something unforgettable and inspired the name Kesos.

Today, Kesos is a queso-forward, hospitality-driven taco brand where guests feel welcomed, energized, and taken care of.
