Homecoming garters by spitman50 via Citysearch on 12/14/2011

Cozy Creations did an awesome job on my daughter's Homecoming garter for her boyfriend in October. Very courteous and very helpful with all our questions. I'm positive I'll be using Cozy Creations for any floral needs in the future.
