OUTRAGED by Tumble Tech Cedar Park on 8/20/2023 This organization is suppose to uplift the children. Parents or sponsors are responsible for tuition. Tuition was paid for this month & we talked with Lisa about paying for the Performance clothing which is $600.00 and let her know it would be paid in full byTuesdsy. We came in Sunday for practice & was pulled aside, telling us we could not practice with the team until payment was paid in full. This was embarrassing not only to us but our athlete who is superior. We have other children there & are considering leaving. This will not look good for Tumble Tech. Humiliation & not working payment options out when it is expensive. Children or young teens are to learn from nice adults. One of the coaches, whom we all love even offered to pay ( which we do not need charity, just 2 days from our own business. If our business did this , we'd be out of business). I don't know what title Lisa has, but she is noncompassionate and noncooperative with giving Tumble tech a good name. Our athlete came home thoroughly humiliated. I might add the athlete has already won gold medals & rings for a previous company. We do it because it's their passion & wants to pursue their dream. What cold hearted person could do this to the athlete & 1 of the parents. We are sponsors of this athlete and are extremely disturbed by this action. Literally was asked to leave until uniform for their performances was paid in full. This matter had been taken care of by the sponsor. They will miss tomorrow's practice as well because payment won't get in until tuesday. Thank you Coach who didn't want this one to miss! You are an example! Children are not to be punished for someone else's issue! I suspect not everyone has paid full for competition uniforms.
