Home Water Conditioning installed an electric water softener to replace an older unit that had failed. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of selected unit and their installation of unit. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional.

Andy was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable as well as informative. He made sure I was aware of the location of emergency turn of valves. I needed a refresher "course" on that. Also, Andy was kind enough to refill the salt reservoir for me with bags of salt I had sitting next to softener unit. "Thanks Home Water Conditioning!"

Water softener at my place had some minor issue. Andy dropped by at my place to check and fix the issue. And asked me to observe the system for next few weeks.
I'm very happy that Andy took charge of the problem and help resolve it.

Bottom Line up front: Look no further than Home Water for all your air-quality inspections and testing. They are a 100% ethical company with business integrity no longer seen in todays business climate. I called Oasis and spoke with the owner Spencer. I was concerned about possible "black mold" or "stachybotrys chartarum" or the really serious type. Andy looked at my area of concern and right away knew it was not the deadly mold. He put our fears at rest. He then explained how to remove the affected area of rotten wood with again no sign of stachbotrys. Highly recommended.

I've been using Home Water Conditioning for just over a year now. I have no regrets, I have to clean shower, taps, sinks etc. 80% less than I used to. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
