The eatery resides in a more than 100-year-old brick building in Celina, Texas, about an hour away from the hectic bustle of Dallas. Inside, Texas-themed knickknacks abound: diners can spot everything from a longhorn skull to a wagon wheel to a cowboy hat to an acoustic guitar.
