We have had our system installed for a year and half, plus use their monthly monitoring services for our security system. We are still very pleased with this company and their services. During a summer vacation, our house sitter accidentally pushed an incorrect sequence triggering an event. Within minutes, I was notified and was able to determine it was not an intruder. We are still pleased we entrusted our system upgrade to Ageint Security and will continue to recommend them!
