Still Impressed Wonderful company who continues to provide excellent customer service. I received a call from them regarding a low battery alert in one of our devices. We had changed it, but it hadn’t cleared their system. They called to make us aware of the alert! We’ve had our system for several years and continue to be pleased with all aspects of it- equipment, monitoring, and customer service. A Great System! Two and a half years after installation and our system has remained flawless in operation. Cameras are still as sharp as when installed and monitoring remains quick and responsive. Update of Original Review posted Sept 2020 We have had our system installed for a year and half, plus use their monthly monitoring services for our security system. We are still very pleased with this company and their services. During a summer vacation, our house sitter accidentally pushed an incorrect sequence triggering an event. Within minutes, I was notified and was able to determine it was not an intruder. We are still pleased we entrusted our system upgrade to Ageint Security and will continue to recommend them! Great Security Business If you’re exploring security system options, include Ageint Security in your list. They have many security equipment options to suit a wide variety of budgets.
