Gerardo Perez (682) 444-2511 and Damon Laws (469) 733-3109 with R & D Services are not what they say they are. (I'm including their full names and phone numbers so hopefully Google will do its thing and show this review when their names/numbers are searched). They'll promise one thing and deliver another.
We contracted with R&D Services on May 19th to pour an 18x18 slab of concrete, cut out cinderblocks to allow for an installation of a door and frame out a 8x6 foot wall. He said he could start tomorrow which should have been my first red flag, the second red flag should have been his I distance to get paid once the concrete was poured.
Regretfully I agreed, he poured the concrete and had his guys finish it out with the promos of them returning mom Monday, May 22, to remove the forms, cut the door opening and build the wall. His sales guy, Gerardo Perez, no showed on Monday. I called him Tuesday, he said he's have his guys there Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, his guys never showed up, I called Wednesday night, Gerardo said he would personally show up to complete the job on Thursday, that never happened. I called, he said his saw was broken but he'd be there Friday. He didn't show so I called Damon Laws, the owner and Gerardo's boss, at 3:15pm on Friday, may 26, who said he just gave Gerardo a new saw and he'd be at the house Friday evening. Gerardo never showed up, I called both Damon and Gerardo at 7:30pm, they didn't answer their phones. I'm hoping my experience allows others to avoid this situation them selves. If I had the chance to do it over, I would have waited to pay them the $3400 until after their job was finished.
If they decide to finish the job then I'll update this review but until then, I can not in good faith recommend this company or these two guys.
