Science Place by Mary Ashley W via Insider Pages on 10/20/2005

If you are a nerd, you will like this place. ;) The Science place needs to be updated a bit though. Some of the items on display are broken and cheesy. You can however see an Imax 3D movie here, which is cool. The 3D glasses are…

come for the imax, stay for the activities by Tamara W via Insider Pages on 10/19/2005

The Imax shows are spectacular and enjoyable by the whole family. The Science Place activities are best for elementary school aged children and up. Imax shows are expensive, but they are worthwhile if they are not remakes of PBS specials.…

Wonderful by Denise K via Insider Pages on 10/10/2005

My son went here on a school field trip when he was in high school and he was so excited when he got home. He talked about it for weeks, the giant screens, the high tech room, the view, the museum. It's on my list of things to do, go to…

If your looking for a place where you can just let the kids run, then this is it. It is a safe enviroment and they can touch everything there. We went this summer and the kids loved it. They're still talking about it. I say go and take…

Needs an injection of cash by Theresa H via Insider Pages on 7/20/2005

We've been here a few times and our daughter always loves it but honestly it needs some extra cash to update it a bit, some of the displays are just looking a bit old and outdated and the museum itself isn't as nice as it should be for a…

Really Big Movies by Bobby H via Insider Pages on 7/17/2005

If you like to feel like you're a part of the action in an adventure film, consider seeing a movie at the Science Place IMAX. The shows are big here -- almost seven stories tall -- and you are right in the middle of it all. This is such a…
