My Review by nathana362053421 via Citysearch on 3/11/2016
There is no exemption to this place. Everything about this place is pleasing and a lot of them are really easy to get to to the members, they have astounding instructors too.
A better workout than I ever would have guessed by Joe T. via Judy's Book on 3/20/2012
Classes are 90 minutes long and area way better work out than I would have guessed. Really more comparable to a really good carido workout than anything else even though you aren't doing cardio and are effectively staying in one place. …

So I wrote a review in anticipation of practicing at bikram youga grapevine and I still stand with a 5 star after coming here for about 3 months. The studio is neat, clean and well run. The staff is friendly, the teachers give a little…

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. I have been practicing here for over 7 years, and there are numerous reasons I keep coming back week after week. The teachers, the other students, the sweat, the best workout in town, the…
The Best Bikram Yoga at DFW! by MorenoRico via Citysearch on 6/10/2010
After my wife discovered Bikram Yoga Grapevine in October 08 she invited me to try it as some different, complete and challenging exercise; and in deed Bikram Yoga is all that and more!
At Bikram Yoga Grapevine you stretch every single…
Love it! Love it! Love it! by BBeaub88 via Citysearch on 6/10/2010
I have spread the word about Bikram Yoga Grapevine to all my co-workers, family and friends. I've even taken several guests with me to the studio to try it out and believe me, if you had told me two years ago I'd be into yoga, I would…
This yoga is the bomb by SS00 via Citysearch on 6/10/2010
I started doing Bikram Yoga in September 2009. It is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I live in Fort Worth but drive to Grapevine almost every morning to take classes. This must say something about my love for Bikram Yoga,…
Home Away From Home by singleyogini via Citysearch on 6/10/2010
This studio has literally been my second home for the last five years. I stumbled in with a knee injury and not only healed that but every other ailment my body has manufactured, as well. When I got sick in class, Stacey (owner) plied me…
um.. i don't get it by mwic via Citysearch on 6/8/2010
So, evidently there's an inside joke that I don't get w/r/t the 1-star comments below. BY Grapevine is a fantastic studio bursting at the seems with high-energy, nonjdugmental personnel -- most notable Stacey and Minh, although Suzanne is…

Yoga as a last resort by HW84 via Citysearch on 4/23/2010
Bikram Yoga Grapevine falls below my expectations for a Bikram Yoga Studio. There are many other yoga studios available which are a better value and have more qualified staff. The owner, Stacey, has the worst customer service I've…
Much Better Out There by ADK1 via Citysearch on 3/1/2010
I use to attend the Bikram Yoga Grapevine but have moved to a new city. In comparing my new studio to the BYG, I realize how small town/minded the Grapevine studio is in comparison. Biggest peve about BYG is that they don't post class…
106-degrees by karen s via Insider Pages on 3/6/2008
If you want a good sweat... this is definitely the place. 24 yoga poses at 106 degrees with rationed water will cleanse the pores. In 90 minutes, you burn up to 1300 calories if you have a large frame.
HOT by M G via Insider Pages on 3/7/2008
I go there to work on flexibility (I have none). The instructors are very professional and friendly. You can get rid of the stress of the day. But take water, yoga mat and and towels. And don't be late, no late comers allowed. Try it a few…
Great Place by Amber B via Insider Pages on 3/5/2008
The staff here is wonderful. The facility is very nice and clean. The yoga is HOT but definitely does what it says it is going to do. If you have never tried heated yoga before, this is the place to go!

Yoga here is challenging yet rewarding. If you hadnt thought about the benefits of yoga for your own personal fitness or if you are involved in a team sport, get a group togehter and make it a whole new experience. The detox feeling you…
