Since opening the doors in 2009, under the leadership of Michael Preiss, P.E., Managing Principal Greater Houston, the Houston office has grown to be the second largest Pape-Dawson office location. Pape-Dawson Houston has been responsible for numerous public sector and private development projects, ranging from the City of Houston Drainage Improvement Program to the HEB Retail Support Center, as well as engineering and surveying for Fort Bend ISD, the Harris County Flood Control District MAAPnext, and more than 100 residential subdivisions in the region.
