Megan Couvillion, MD

Dr. Megan Couvillion graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Louisiana State University. She provides both medical and procedural dermatology services, treating acne, rosacea, and skin cancers, and performing Mohs micrographic surgery. Dr. Couvillion is passionate about epidermal preservation techniques and patient education, guiding individuals through treatment options—ranging from topical therapies to reconstructive surgery—to help them achieve optimal skin health and confidence.
