She had asked me if I got my ducts cleaned, I had no idea you had to clean them. Just assumed they cleaned them self's lol. She's the one that recommended this company to me. They first gave me a quote on the procedures needed done and after seeing pics of my ducts i decided to do it. This company was really helpful.
