Wafa Hafiz, MSN, FNP-C

Wafa Hafiz, ARPN, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Christian University Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman's University College of Nursing in 2024. Wafa joined Kelsey-Seybold's Internal Medicine department as a certified nurse practitioner in February 2025. She works closely with patients to diagnose health issues and create effective treatment plans that improve their quality of life. As a primary care provider, Wafa offers preventive care and manages a broad range of conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, as well as acute issues like infections, fatigue, and respiratory symptoms.
