Chassidy Hamilton, NP-C

Chassidy Hamilton, FNP-C, first attended Stephen F. Austin State University in
Nacogdoches, Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016. She then
headed to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she
completed her Master of Science - Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in 2024. Chassidy
joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2025. Chassidy can treat a wide variety of conditions,
including musculoskeletal pain, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation,
sports injuries, spinal cord injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain conditions like
fibromyalgia. She also assists with managing conditions such as stroke recovery,
traumatic brain injuries, and disorders related to the spine.
