Rostaffa (Rose) De La Garza, MSN, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2025. Rose specializes in Family Medicine and is particularly experienced in preventive care, chronic condition management, men's health, and dermatologic care. As a primary care provider, she also sees patients for sick care, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and management of chronic conditions such as obesity, acne, rosacea, heart disease, mental health conditions, and more.
