Tischina Moore, FNP-C

Tischina Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in Internal Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, in 2019, graduating cum laude. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013. Tischina joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025 to provide both high-level clinical care and holistic, compassionate treatment. Tischina treats a wide range of conditions, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and viral illnesses. She is especially passionate about preventive care and patient education.
