Autumn Brown, FNP-BC

Autumn Brown, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Medicine nurse practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold. After more than a decade of healthcare and nursing experience, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to become a nurse practitioner in 2022. Autum also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025. She sees patients of all ages, providing primary care and preventive health such as health screenings and well woman exams, chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, and obesity, and acute care for concerns such as UTI, URI, and minor skin infections.
