Rachel Clark, FNP-C

Rachel Clark, FNP-BC, APRN, MSN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who attended the Cizik School of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Urology department in September 2025. Nancy strives to make her patients’ lives easier by helping to solve their urologic concerns such as UTIs, pelvic floor disorders, kidney infections, kidney stones, incontinence, bladder pain syndrome, and more. She is also interested in helping patients with their pelvic floor health, female hormonal health, and functional and integrative medicine.
