Dr. L. Andrew Watkins has been at the forefront of technological advancements in eye care for more than two decades. He's one of only two doctors in the Houston area who was an FDA investigator for a multifocal intraocular lens that was approved by the FDA, and he's performed more multifocal lens implants than virutally any doctor in the region.
