Aparajitha Verma , MD

Aparajitha K. Verma, MD, is board certified in neurology, sleep medicine and clinical neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Verma earned her medical degree at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and completed neurology residency training at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth. She completed sleep medicine and clinical neurophysiology fellowships at McGovern Medical School and the executive MBA program at Jones School of Business at Rice University in Houston. She joins Mischer Neuroscience Associates from private practice at Verma Sleep and Neurology in Houston and Houston Methodist Hospital, where she was an active staff member and an assistant professor in the Weill Cornell Medical College Department of Neurology. Prior to that, she was the medical director of Houston Methodist Hospital Sleep Disorders Center and San Jacinto Houston Methodist Sleep Disorders Center.
