Kathryn Tierling, MD, FAAP

Dr. Kathryn Tierling is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in human biology at The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. She completed her master's in education coursework at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, in 2010. Dr. Tierling earned her medical degree at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2015. Dr. Tierling completed her Pediatrics residency at Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge, La., in 2018.

Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, Dr. Tierling worked as a pediatrician and clinical director for the Westheimer location of Sunrise Pediatrics and Sunset Urgent Care and as a newborn rounding physician at HCA West Houston Hospital. Dr. Tierling joined Kelsey-Seybold in May 2022.
