Ujuchukwu Okpechi, MD

Ujuchukwu Okpechi, MD, earned her medical degree in 2010 from Abia State University Faculty of Medicine in Nigeria. She then completed her Pediatrics residency at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago in 2019. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2023. Dr. Okpechi was inspired to go into Pediatrics from a young age, when she was struck by the kindness and care shown to her by her own pediatrician. At Kelsey-Seybold, Dr. Okpechi cares for patients from birth through age 18, providing both well and sick care. She offers physicals and helps patients with conditions such as stomach aches, seasonal viruses, cough and congestion, ear infections, asthma, and more.
