Expert Air and Refrigeration Services got its start when the companys founder, Ward Chepulis, wanted to start his own business after college and decided on air conditioning and heating services. Ward began working in the air conditioner industry in 1988 and formed the company in 2004 with three core principles in mind:

- exceed customer expectations
- keep it affordable

These values are the foundation that Ward used to build a successful and growing business that serves the Central Texas area.
