Services offered: •Educate- We conduct a thorough records review of your child’s complete educational history, disclose any “red flags,” and provide you with our recommendations for how to proceed. Every student Refine Disabilities accepts as a client starts here. •Advocate- Many parents of struggling students do not feel confident enough to attend ARD or IEP meetings on their own. Refine Disabilities can serve as the bridge between you and the school. We can negotiate with the school to provide your child with a plan that works. • Engage- In disputed cases, Refine Disabilities can file state and federal complaints, request state mediation, or refer you to the top special education attorneys in your state.
