Parul Sinha, MD

Parul Sinha, MD, earned her medical degree at Patna Medical College before relocating to St. Louis, Missouri, where she completed her Otolaryngology residency at Washington University School of Medicine in 2021. Dr. Sinha then came to the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston to complete a fellowship in facial plastic surgery in 2022. Board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery, Dr. Sinha is bilingual in English and Hindi and joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2025. She manages a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including ear infections, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, sleep apnea, and tinnitus. Her clinical interests include nasal surgery to improve breathing function and appearance.
