Our office has been providing the best specialized dental care for infants, children, and adolescents, including those with special needs in Laredo for over 25 years. As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Castellano's 2 years of additional training after dental school has prepared us for the unique dental needs of each child we serve. We focus on preventive care to help each child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime.

We perform all of the usual dental care procedures like filling cavities and applying sealants, but we also teach families about nutrition, fluoride use, and prevention of oral trauma. We can’t wait to see your family!
