We are a hybrid fitness gym. We offer a full weight room and self defense classes. Group exercises and personal training is what we do best. We offer 12 sessions with a training per month which is our popular Barbell Toning, Cherry Booty Working out, kids and adult BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), MMA, Wrestling, Muay Thai & Kickboxing.
