Another money hungry vet office? by Ali S. on 7/7/2023 In 2021, was given a vial for a fecal sample and was charged for the parasite test. I brought the sample back in with my animal's annual in 2022. I was given a vial again for the next parasite test and charged $47.03 with no timeline of when I was to bring in the sample. I brought the sample in today with my animal's annual and was charged again, this time $51.37. I was told the vials "expire" in 6 months so they have to charge me and that they are now following their "rules" (but not following them before?). I was never told the "rules" and the vet in 2022 is no longer working there. They will not refund me for the test now. So I have paid for 3 tests but only 2 have been run on my animal. If they don't go over the supposed rules, how are we supposed to follow them?! I'm starting to wonder if they are another money grabbing vet office.
