Founded by Richard Tatsch, 3RT Construction Services assists anyone who needs a new build or remodel. Richard has been working in the construction industry since he was 16 and formed the base of this company 9 years ago.

Having spent over 50 years in construction, Richard knows more than most about the entire aspect of building a home - right from pouring concrete, framing houses and sheetrock to electrical, plumbing and cabinetry works. He works with only skilled professionals such as licensed plumbers, electricians, etc.

Richard’s education is similar to that of an architect; he has gone to college for the educational portion of the planning. His formal training as a designer makes him efficient when it comes to creating blueprints, designing houses and remodels.
