REACH Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity governed by a board of directors. Our mission is to “support safe and healthy choices vital to the well-being of our youth, families and community.” We are designated by the National Coalition Academy (NCA), have provided community & youth coalition efforts since 1987, and offer programs for youth and adults that educate and support safe, healthy choices.
