Rachel Rosas-Miner

Rachel Rosas-Miner is a graduate of the University of Texas, Dallas where she earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics. In addition she is a graduate of the ABA National Lending School and the Bank Operations Institute. Rachel joined Guaranty Bank & Trust in 2003 in Mt. Pleasant. She transferred to the Pittsburg location in 2014 where she currently serves as location President. Rachel is passionate about financial literacy and has led the bank's efforts since 2005. She is also very active in the community serving as a board member of NTCC Whatley Center, Board of Review for Boy Scout Troop 210, Pittsburg Rotary Club, and assists with fund-raising efforts for the Northeast Texas Heritage Museum.
