A must dojong to go experince. The Instructor's and staff at VMAC Plano, Texas are the most friendly and caring instructors ive ever encountered in a martial arts experince. The training is intense compared to some of the karate schools ive seen, yet, when you leave the class room you walk away with a feeling that you have just worked out with your family.
