Michael S. Schwartz, MD

Dr. Michael Schwartz is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopic and reconstructive knee and shoulder surgery. He is President of the OrthoTexas Executive Board and has served as Chief of Orthopedics at The Medical Center of Plano. Dr. Schwartz is also a team physician for the Allen Americans hockey team and a consultant for the Dallas Sidekicks. He completed his medical training in New York and holds an MBA from Texas Tech. Consistently recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor (2013–2024), he lives in Frisco with his wife and daughter and is committed to delivering expert orthopedic care.
