Charged me but didn't fix the problem by bobdob via Citysearch on 5/21/2012

My computer wouldn't start so I took it in. They said they would look at it and charged me $149 to "fix" it. It still didn't work right and they wanted more money to look at it again.

Super business. I was in a bind for a quick fix and am a low budget. All problems were fixed and I haven't had any problems since. I appreciated the professionalism and speedy service.

Oh, this is a great business! I thought my computer was dead.....they looked at it and had it fixed in a flash. This is a small business located in Rockwall. I tell all of my friends about Mr. Computer Guy.

I took my Virus riddled PC there and a strapping young boy named Justin cleaned it off and made it faster! I reccomend them to anyone!!! THey are the BEST!!!!
