I can't say enough about ILKB-RR. From the very first class, I have felt welcomed, encouraged, motivated and part of a team. The instructors are so supportive and pump you up. I have never been a morning person, but my alarm is ON for these classes!

I just moved to Round Rock and love ILKB Round Rock. The instructors have been super welcoming, and the work outs are so fun! I was nervous about the transition, but this gym has quickly become my happy place. I’m getting stronger and have already lost weight in the weeks that I’ve been going there. The instructors keep me motivated to come and to work hard. The members are fun and all have the same goals in mind. I love the dynamic work outs and the opportunities to own the mat and make some friends. It’s such a great place!

ILKB is awesome The instructors are AMAZING! So friendly, supportive, and really know how to motivate you! They are there for you the whole way. The other members are just as great. I've met so many fantastic people since I've been going. I honestly cannot say enough good things. The classes are challenging but FUN!

I Love Kickboxing is so fantastic and fun. It has an awesome feeling of community, and it's a great workout. The first class is dedicated to teaching you the basics. They have several instructors in each class to give you feedback or help you if you have questions. Highly recommend!

When I go to class, I'm in my happy place! Every instructor is amazingly encouraging. It's like a family! We have so much fun and your fitness level will not limit you. The team works to make sure we are all safely executing the movements. I love being a part of this amazing crew! The earlier in the morning, the better! I LOVE KICKBOXING for real!

I love coming to this place! everyone is so friendly, even though I'm still new, no one treats me like they don't know me. I felt welcome from the first time.
The workout is vigorous and challenging and the staff is so very supportive!!! you don't have to be good at it. you just have to want to have fun and get a good workout!!!

ILKB is such a great place to come and get a full body workout…EVERY TIME! The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is up beat & motivating. I have already lost 4 pounds! I recommend ILKB 100%. You won’t be disappointed!

If you want a great workout but also enjoy being a part of a community, then this is the place to be! My friends and I joined at the same time and were immediately sucked in by the friendly staff. They were encouraging and want their customers to be safe and do the moves correctly. If you've had second thoughts on joining, hesitate no more! This is the community to be in :)

This is by far my favorite place to workout! The staff are awesome and super encouraging! I feel like I'm going to die about halfway through, but it is totally worth it! Working out here makes me feel better about myself and happy at the same time!

Joined ILKB Round Rock in December - Immediately fell in love with the calming afterglow of punching and kicking the hell out of something. Immediate stress reliever. Immediately addicted to wanting to come back. The instructors are positive, keep you wanting to come back, and push you to your best. I aim to go 4-6 times per week. The flexible schedule helps fit most everybody's needs. After 2.5 years of not working out and finding all of the excuses in the book to not do it, I finally got back in to things full force through ILKB Round Rock! Highly recommend you give it a shot!

’ve been a member of the I love kickboxing family now for 1 week. I’ve attended 3 classes and absolutely love it. I wanted a fun way to get in shape and lose weight and I finally found what I was looking for. There is no way I’d push myself this hard on my own, so if you are one that wants structure and an intense workout, this is the place to be! Also, the staff is awesome! Everyone is so inviting and genuinely concerned about your wellbeing.

First I will start by saying I really admire all the staff at iLoveKickboxing Round Rock, TX for everything they do! They are very friendly and always motivate me to improve my technique and inspire me to accomplish my fitness goals. I started about three weeks ago and it has truly been a blessing!
It has been three weeks since I joined this amazing group and have lost ten pounds. My stress level has lowered dramatically, I am able to sleep at night, have more energy in the morning, feel great, feel muscles in my body growing, feel confident in my clothes, and have met so many amazing individuals that have similar goals. I’m extremely happy that I decided to take that step of joining iLoveKickboxing!!!!

Ilovekickboxing Round Rock has quickly become one of my favorite places to work out, and trust me, I've tried them all! The staff is crazy fun, the atmosphere is inviting, and the workouts are killer! I am starting the new challenge tomorrow to get in the best shape of my life in 45 days and I can't wait! Round One.. Here we go!

I bought a groupon to "try" it out and ended up signing up the first night!! I love it. The staff is great and help you learn how to do everything the correct way and have patience with you while you learn. They encourage you to push through and get through it all too!!

Honestly, I can't say enough good comments for this location. It's amazing. I'm so happy with the instructors, whom are ALWAYS positive, and with the overall atmosphere! Even if it's your first day, you automatically feel welcomed, not like your typical gym. I've been a member of a gym about four years and with a personal trainer for about six months, but this workout is location is different; the instructors keep you going throughout the work out helping you push through it so you can feel good about what you accomplished by the end. I highly, highly recommend, not only kickboxing, but this location to anyone!! I want everyone to join in on this fun!

What an amazing group of instructors! Each and everyone is so supportive and push you to be better. Haven't even been going an entire month and have already lost four pounds and can tell I'm already getting stronger. The classes are never the same and always a great time! I'm not typically one to workout but love these classes and always looking forward to the next one!

Love the ILKB family. I was looking for something upbeat to keep my interests and keep me motivated. The instructors are great and work hard to know your personal goals. I have been going 3-4 times per week for 4 months and have dropped 15 pounds. Awesome workouts!

I've been coming here for the past two months and I'm hooked. As soon as you walk in, every instructor at the desk will greet you.
Every instructor that I have met has been so attentive, kind, and motivational and they are the reason I continue to come back. They treat every member the same, there is no clique here, it's one big familia! The workout is never the same, I have been attending Monday thru Friday and I am starting to see the results with my clothes, energy and my eating habits.
The studio is clean and they clean after each session. The locker room and the restroom is tidy as well.
If you want a total body workout, I would recommend checking it out.

iLoveKickboxing Round Rock Texas has changed my life, after spinal fusion, right shoulder replacement and 5 yes 5 TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENTS I wanted to scratch kickboxing off my list. At the tender age of 43, I decided to give my Groupon a try, well after 5 months I am glad I made this decision. Dropped over 30pounds, and counting, I LOVE IT and have had friends and family members join iLoveKickboxing all across the country because they see how happy I am with it. Why not give it a try, you will thank me later. Oh btw, the staff is the greatest, they don't judge you and really encourage you, they are great, I've been Kickboxer of the week and that alone made me push even harder with that encouragement.

Whether you are super out of shape or at your peak of physical fitness, this class will challenge you and push your limits! ILKB is ABSOLUTELY great! I love it! The staff is super friendly and encouraging. The classes are super fun and upbeat! They always have good music playing and if it goes out, their default song they sing is YMCA, pretty funny! They make everyone feel included, even they newbies! Ilovekickboxing has made fitness fun for me. Every time that I choose to go to class I'm not dragging or dreading it- I know the instructors will have a good workout for us that they will make fun! Every day I annoy my co-workers by telling them how much I love the kickboxing classes.
It motivates me each day to think that I have to go to kickboxing class. The instructors push you and at the same time have a good time.
I already am feeling the impact the exercise does to me, not only do I feel more healthy, I feel physically, emotionally, and mentally better.
Please come join us, I don’t want to have this feeling only for myself, I want to spread it with all of Austin!

Awesome.....that is how I describe it, the staff is great they are super nice!! The workouts are killer!!! I burn about 500 cals in ONE class you are literally dripping with sweat when your done!! I Love it!!

I am new to kickboxing, but the staff is friendly and the moral of the environment is always exciting. I started just a couple weeks ago and I feel amazing. I have tried so many workout class in the past and I can honestly say that kickboxing is my favorite so far and by far the most challenging. Once you walk out you feel like you received a full body workout. I work in a very stressful environment, so I look forward to hitting some bags after work. The class is motivating and it is for all fitness level. If you are looking for a great workout, good results, and a welcoming environment then you should try it out. Thank you ILKB Round Rock Crew - yall are the best!
