It was nice to have a sales rep that wasn't pushy or trying to sell me all sorts of things. He was friendly and direct about what needed to be replaced. \r

The rep who came out was friendly. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He diagnosed my gas leak and wrote up the estimate to replace it.\r

Our AC has been running a little warm so we got the 19 point checkup. We found 2 minor issues and a potential major issue. We are all fixed up and blowing cold! Thanks man!

We got burned by a previous AC company but then we found Sevier who diagnosed our AC issue and was even able to fix it the same day. He was very friendly man who seemed to want to help us more than to just sell us a service.

They provide phone quotes and after my AC inspection the quote was very close to the phone quote. I was very pleased with this.

Our AC stopped working, turned out it was out of the fluid that makes it cold, whatever that's called. I don't know anything about AC but he diagnosed the issue quickly and the repair was cheap.

Our AC unit went out and it was almost 100 degrees outside! Russell came over and quickly found out the liquid stuff that makes it cold was really low. He filled it up and the cold air was blowing again!
