Gina Mercado, AGACNP-BC

Gina Mercado, AGACNP-BC, first earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1991 at Butuan Doctors’ College in Butuan City, Philippines. She then relocated to the United States, serving as a registered nurse in both New Mexico and in Texas in a variety of hospital and clinic settings with a focus on cardiovascular care. Gina then completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022 at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in March 2025 as a board-certified Cardiology nurse practitioner. Gina is a thorough, competent, and compassionate provider who
diagnoses and treats a wide variety of cardiovascular conditions, such as congestive heart failure, hypertension, peripheral artery disease, and more.
