Madrid Homes & Pools builds homes with old world feel yet including modern touches for that level of comfort that modern life demands. Our company has developed diverse projects in the United States. Established in 2005, we were encouraged to find new markets and decided to bring our Latin touch that we are well known for in our single family custom homes. In 2012, we expanded our company once more, this time into Houston and decided to design and build custom homes suitable to be a show piece. We established ourselves in Spring, Texas where we have developed exquisite custom homes in the prestigious Carlton Woods Creekside neighborhood in the award winning master planned community known as The Woodlands, where our multi million dollar estates shine among other grand structures.
