Samira Yasmeen Ahmed, MD

Samira Yasmeen Ahmed, MD, graduated from the Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh in 1997 and went on to complete her MBA at San Francisco State University in 2004. She then finished her Internal Medicine residency at Alameda County Medical Center/Highland Hospital in 2011. Before joining Kelsey-Seybold, she worked in medical settings in both Bangladesh and California.

Dr. Ahmed empowers patients to take control of their health, guiding them to live better and healthier lives not only for themselves but also for their families. She likes treating all age groups, but she is especially interested in geriatric populations. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.
