Dr. Owusu completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical College of Virginia and Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Afterward, Dr. Owusu pursued an advanced fellowship training at the prestigious Texas Back Institute in Dallas, Texas.
Over the course of his training and medical career, Dr. Owusu has performed hundreds of spinal surgeries. He established his clinic in 2014, where he specializes in transforaminal interbody fusion, discectomy, minimally invasive spine surgery, and percutaneous lumbar pedicle screws.
As a well-respected industry leader, Dr. Owusu has published and presented his findings from his spinal surgery research. His industry leadership and considerate bedside manner create the perfect mix that endears his patients to him.
