Studio 22 Pilates was designed with classic Pilates principles at heart. The studio atmosphere is one of natural light and positive energy. Classes offered: Reformer, Core Align, Wall Tower, Combo Chair, Mat, Equipment Combo, and Pilates Circuit. Private and Duet sessions are also offered. A unique Open Studio concept is available allowing knowledgeable clients to work out at their own pace. Pilates promotes functional fitness through strength, flexibility, coordination, mental concentration and fluidity of movement.
