Imtiaz Ahmad, MD

Imtiaz Ahmad, MD, MPH, FCCP, is a board-certified specialist in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. He earned his medical degree at Dhaka Medical College in 1989 and went on to complete his residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in 1996. He completed a fellowship at University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2000. Dr. Ahmad sees patients for a variety of respiratory and sleep disorders, including pulmonary conditions such as asthma, chronic airway inflammation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchitis, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, sleep disorders, and more. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2024.
