New water Heater Fails by Jim S via Insider Pages on 1/19/2013

S&B put a new water heater in last Monday - 5 days ago and tonight I have no hot water. I hope they read this and get out here because they didn't give me an emergency number. Mon-Fri 8 to 5 is it and if you have your new water heater poop…

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.
