Abdi Rasekh, MD

Dr. Abdi Rasekh, a board-certified cardiologist, earned his medical degree from The University of Paris 13 Bobigny School of Medicine in 1991. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Dr. Rasekh furthered his training with a fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute/Baylor College of Medicine, finishing in 1999. As a cardiologist, Dr. Rasekh sees patients for symptoms and conditions related to the heart. He evaluates patients for symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, and dizziness. He helps patients manage chronic heart conditions, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, heart valve defects, and others. He joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in December 2023
