Asmeen Bhatt, MD

Asmeen Bhatt, MD, PhD, attended the University of Mumbai in India, completing her medical degree in 2000. Dr. Bhatt earned her PhD in cell and molecular biology at Kent State University in 2006, going on to Canton Medical Education Foundation, Canton, Ohio, to complete her residency in 2008. She also completed a Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2018. Patients see Dr. Bhatt for a wide variety of Gastroenterology concerns, including gastric reflux disease, difficulty swallowing, constipation or diarrhea, blood in the stool, and abdominal pain. She also provides colonoscopies for colon cancer screenings and help patients manage obesity. Dr. Bhatt joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2025.
